Current Need:
Most items identified on the Deferred Maintenance List are maintenance and modernization to the aged facilities.  Some repairs are structural or involve updating of major systems and will require professional services and major construction. But there are also line items for pressure washing of facilities, sealing of building envelope, and site grading that has not been complete due to a shortage of man-power and funding.

Deferred Maintenance Estimate:
As of June 2022 the deferred maintenance list contains over 70 critical and noncritical line items that would cost an estimated $9.7 Million to correct. Approximately 6.5% of the facilities market value.
