Public Information Requests

Requests for public information (open records) will be handled in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act (PIA), Texas Government Code 552.001.   The PIA gives the public the right to request access to government information.  The request must ask for information that is already in existence.  The district is not required to create new information, perform legal searches, or answer general questions.

The request form must be submitted in the following ways:
1.  by mail:  Sealy ISD, att: Public Information Officer,  939 Tiger Lane, Sealy, TX 77474.
2.  by email:  information@sealyisd.com, Subject:  Public Information Request.
3.  in-person:  SISD Administration Office, Sealy ISD, 939 Tiger Lane, Sealy TX 77474.
