Registration Information

Student Enrollment and Registration Information for the 2020-21 School Year 

     

  • Wednesday, July 29, 2020: Online enrollment and registration opens for all new and returning students

  • Friday, August 7, 2020: All families need to have completed the Opt-in Form as part of the online registration process choosing if their student will start the year on campus for face-to-face learning or at home with remote learning

  • Campus Orientations: will be held virtually this school year unless additional information is provided to you by your campus administration

  • Wednesday, August 19, 2020: first day of face-to-face and remote learning.  No student, returning or new, will have a teacher or schedule prior to completing online registration



How to Enroll and Register your Student at Sealy ISD 2020-21


New Students (without any siblings currently enrolled at Sealy ISD)

  • Step #1 Enroll your child

    • Create an account on Sealy ISD’s Ascender Parent Portal: 

      https://txeis20.txeis.net/ParentPortal/login?distid=008902

      • Complete the available online enrollment forms 

    • Submit the needed enrollment documents (see black paw below) by either:

      • Emailing them to registration@sealyisd.com or;

      • Calling the campus office and scheduling an in-person appointment

        • Visitors to any campus will need to wear a mask and complete a COVID screener 

  • Step #2 Register your child

    • Log back into the Ascender Parent Portal once your child has been enrolled

      • When asked, enter your child’s Portal ID (campus will share this with you)

      • Complete the remaining on-line registration forms 



New Students (with siblings at Sealy ISD, parent already has an existing Ascender Parent Portal account)

  • Login to your parent portal account:

    https://txeis20.txeis.net/ParentPortal/login?distid=008902

    • Use last year’s login information, please follow the prompts. Email registration@sealyisd.com or call your campus office for assistance if needed

    • You must use the same email you used last year or follow the prompts to update your email 

  • Step #1 Enroll and add your NEW student to your existing account 

    • Submit the needed enrollment documents (see black paw below) by either:

      • Emailing them to registration@sealyisd.com or;

      • Calling the campus office to schedule an in-person appointment

        • Visitors to any campus will need to wear a mask and complete a COVID screener

  • Step #2 Register your child

    • Log back into the Ascender Parent Portal once your child has been enrolled by the campus

      • When asked, enter your child’s Portal ID (campus will share this with you)

      • Complete the remaining on-line registration forms

  • Step #3 Complete the yearly registration process for your returning students


Returning Students

  • Log in to your parent portal account:

    https://txeis20.txeis.net/ParentPortal/login?distid=008902

    • Use last year’s login information, please follow the prompts. Email registration@sealyisd.com or call your campus office for assistance if needed

    • You must use the same email you used last year or follow the prompts to update your email 

    • Once enrolled, student portal IDs stay the same and do not change

  • Follow the steps to register your student(s) for the new school year


***Please note, no student (returning or new) will receive a teacher name or schedule prior to completing all forms and links included in the online registration process***



Troubleshooting: The email you use for your Ascender account must match the email you have listed in our system.  If they do not match, this may be a reason why you are unable to complete the registration process.  If you have additional questions please email registration@sealyisd.com or call your campus office


PK: Enrollment for qualifying students is still available. Click on “Documents Required” below for additional information on how to enroll your child.  Our PK tuition program is currently closed, but you may contact the campus office and ask to be placed on our waiting list.  We will contact you if additional seats open up for our PK tuition program after the first day of school. 


 

No students (new or returning) will receive a teacher or a schedule prior to completing our online registration process.
